From a source to a draft
Automation is intended to reduce the work of gathering and preparing supported Casino information. The planned flow starts with an official welcome-offer URL and a chosen market, produces retained facts and a short draft, then asks an editor to review and publish it.
The parser, editorial preparation and operator-publication packages are deferred. Their reduced welcome-offer scope was selected for planning on 14 September 2026; it does not define the current platform release or a start date.
Three jobs with separate results
- The parser retrieves the supported official pages for one explicit market and route, retains sources and returns welcome facts or an actionable failure. It handles supported cash, cash-plus-spins and repeated deposit stages. Missing or ambiguous packages remain unresolved rather than guessed.
- Editorial preparation receives one eligible retained package and produces structured terms, one factual headline and one short summary. Every assertion keeps its package, stage, component, market and source context. It does not choose the best of several offers or invent legal conclusions and ratings.
- An operator checks a separate human draft, corrects supported facts and wording, approves the whole revision and explicitly publishes it.
A change should not erase editorial work
Suppose an editor has corrected the headline and a newer source result arrives. The selected future workflow creates a separate replacement draft. It retains the previous manual wording and original proposal without merging them automatically. The editor may deliberately reuse suitable wording, then reviews the complete replacement.
Any edit resets whole-draft approval in this particular workflow. A superseded or stale draft cannot publish, and failed publication keeps the previous public revision. This whole-draft policy belongs to the deferred welcome workflow; it is not an automatic rule for every manual catalogue family.
Missing terms can block the whole package
The selected future representation requires supported identity, market, headline, summary and source history. A cash match needs its rate, cap and currency or a supported uncapped state, plus wagering multiplier and basis or an explicit no-wagering term. A cash-plus-spins package also needs the spin count and spin-winnings wagering basis or explicit no-wagering.
Every included advertised stage and component must meet its applicable minimums. Publishing only a convenient part cannot hide a missing required component. Optional unknowns stay review gaps and produce no invented public assertion. An editor's factual correction needs matching retained or manually admitted support for the same package, component and market.
What the reduced scope leaves separate
This is a welcome-offer card with Casino identity, not a complete automated profile. Broad banking, licence, support and general account-policy extraction, other promotion mechanics and multi-offer selection need further selection. Reading a general-terms page would not by itself mean every condition has been extracted into a structured field.
The plan uses standard nested staff forms and engineer-released checked rules. Live rule editing, per-item approval, partial publication, automatic text merging, a tailored history browser and broader generated analyses are deferred. New supported fields can extend checked definitions; genuinely new mechanics still need their own meaning and implementation.
What the dated estimates cover
The 14 September 2026 estimates use active senior-engineer hours, including AI direction, review and corrections. They are planning judgments, not a schedule or measured completion:

The parser's proof uses three sites and up to twelve pages with a controlled receiver. Preparation and publication reuse four case groups and one wording review round. These limits do not excuse unsupported output or unresolved defects.
Consumer integration, website adaptation, deployment and a live connected source-to-page rehearsal are separate from those module estimates. Waiting for inputs and agent runtime are not active engineering hours. Smaller scope moves work out of the first increment; it does not make that future work free.
