Project history

Earlier work explains why the project has its current direction. The records below retain their original date and limits. They do not create a present-day release commitment.

July: product discovery

The July discussions explored a product built around Casino information, community experience, trust and rewards. They raised practical questions about verified contributions, the usefulness of points, transparent commercial placements and preserving the existing site's search traffic.

Those discussions also contained early delivery dates, technology assumptions and a conference-oriented scope. Later decisions changed the delivery sequence. The broader ideas remain in research and product ideas, where they can be reconsidered without treating the old timetable as current.

August: extraction evaluation

The Event Demo phase evaluated the existing n8n-based extraction flow. Work covered URL intake, source retrieval, stored results, transfer into editorial drafts and the review/publication boundary.

A dated runtime corpus from 24 to 26 August 2026 grouped 182 workflow executions into 26 requests. None produced an admitted Welcome Offer. Eleven requests were blocked; eight were labelled partial success, but some of those used restriction pages rather than useful Casino content. Every recorded result delivery exhausted its retries, even though some requests had effects in the editorial system.

That evidence made a practical point: a successful request or a readable page cannot by itself establish useful, correctly scoped content or reliable delivery. The evaluation exposed source access, market attribution, offer interpretation and delivery problems that needed separate treatment.

The phase is recorded as completed evaluation. Its acceptance template was not a completed acceptance record, and the corpus does not prove a successful full rehearsal or the current behavior of a deployed parser.

September: smaller future packages, then platform first

The 14 September planning selection reduced the future automated journey to one welcome-offer card. Source collection, editorial preparation and operator publication became separately bounded packages. The latest selected planning versions remain the basis of the future automation brief. Earlier combined estimates and larger package versions are historical context.

On 21 September, the project adopted platform-first development. The public website, editorial application and product service became the current direction. Parser-related packages, Casino scoring and gamification remained future work.

October: accounts, search and catalogue design

The 3 October source inspection records the connected account experience. The search direction and structured public catalogue ownership were also recorded. The 5 October catalogue work adds detailed models and source cases for product review.
