Catalogue relationships
A Casino profile brings together the information a reader needs to understand one gambling product in a particular market: who presents and operates it, what payment and support terms are stated, and which offers belong to it. Those facts need context. A payment logo alone cannot explain withdrawal terms, and a Company name alone cannot establish which Brand presents the product.
Casino identity and independent profile publication are agreed design. The field groups and authoring relationships below describe the proposed manual catalogue model. Scope and status explains what that distinction means for availability.
Casino, Brand and Company
A Casino has a stable identity across changes to its name, website address, market profile and translations. Reviews and other contributions continue to refer to that product when its editorial content changes.
A Brand is the commercial identity under which Casinos are presented. One Brand can present several Casino products; an established Casino has one current Brand association. An incomplete draft may lack that association, but a profile needs an editorially established Brand before publication. An editor cannot fill the gap by turning a legal Company name into an invented Brand.
A Company is a registered legal entity with an explicit role, such as owner, operator or licence holder. One Company may have roles in several products, and the operating Company may differ from the licence holder. Its role, dates and applicable context matter as much as its name.
For example, one Brand could present two distinct Casino products with different accounts and operating terms. Conversely, translating one Casino or adding a market-specific website address does not by itself create another product. The exact rules for resolving duplicates, splitting products or merging their identities remain open; neither a shared name nor a domain decides the question.
How the proposed catalogue fits together
A profile and an Offer are independent authoring and publication subjects. Each belongs to one Casino and one Market. The proposed manual layout has one profile authoring record for each Casino/Market pair, with separately published language versions. It permits several Offers in the same context.
The diagram shows the proposed manual layout. Lines say whether something has its own reusable identity or is detail owned by a profile. A profile can have zero or more payment or legal rows while being prepared; publication must meet the selected content requirements.
Each Casino has one established Brand; the draft exception described above is not an alternative publication model. Shared Company and payment-method records avoid inventing a new identity for every appearance. Their use on a profile still needs its own supported context. Recognizing a payment method does not establish that this Casino accepts it.
Owned detail has no independent publication lifecycle. A payment condition is reviewed with its profile. Similarly, the stages and benefit components of an Offer publish with that Offer. A section on a page does not automatically need its own independent record. Bonus Offers explains that structure in detail.
What a profile can describe
The following proposed field families keep each kind of fact in its appropriate context. They are a menu of supported subject areas for selecting delivery, not a requirement to fill every possible field before manual authoring starts.
| Profile area | Information and relationships | What an editor or reader must distinguish |
|---|---|---|
| Legal statements | Identified Companies and their roles; stated licence number, regulator and jurisdiction; source support | A source's assertion and an independently checked licence have different meaning. An unidentified legal entity remains an unresolved claim. |
| Payment conditions | Payment method, deposit or withdrawal direction, currency, minimum, maximum, fees and processing-time claim | Conditions must apply together to the same method and context. |
| Cashier terms | General deposit/withdrawal requirements, period-based limits, verification requirements and supported restrictions | General cashier rules differ from an Offer's award or cashout conditions. |
| Support | Contact channels, supported languages and advertised hours or availability | Advertised support differs from a dated test of response time. |
| Editorial description | Localized summary, explanation, page text and presentation metadata | Reviewed prose can explain a feature before the product supports structured comparison of it. |
| Sources and unresolved issues | Evidence for the exact fact or owned detail, plus gaps and conflicting statements | Saving a source or draft does not approve its claims for publication. |
The broader catalogue proposal also accommodates general policies such as inactivity, account closure, complaints, disputes and responsible-gambling statements, as well as platform/app access descriptions. Each needs applicable sources and a defined meaning before it can become a structured fact. The first manual field selection is still to be agreed.
Payment terms must stay together
Consider an illustrative profile with these two supported conditions:
| Method | Direction | Currency | Minimum | Stated processing time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Method A | Deposit | EUR | EUR 20 | Immediate |
| Method A | Withdrawal | EUR | EUR 50 | 1 to 3 business days |
The second row does not change the deposit minimum to EUR 50. Nor does an additional USD deposit row prove that USD withdrawals are supported. Method, direction, currency, limits, fees and timing need to remain attached to the same condition. Flattening them into separate lists would create combinations no source actually states.
A withdrawal limit also needs its period and basis. EUR 2,000 per day is different from EUR 2,000 per transaction and from a EUR 2,000 bonus award ceiling. The worked offer example shows why even identical amounts must stay separate.
Legal assertions and verification
A profile can report a supported statement about an operator or licence without claiming an independent regulatory check. The proposed wider legal model separates the regulator, licence, holder and coverage of a Casino's applicable market presence. One licence can have several coverage assertions; a Company's licence does not automatically cover every product or market associated with it.
For the first manual profile model, licence assertions remain owned profile facts with source support. A shared licence/regulator catalogue is a later choice if reuse and its coverage rules justify one. In either form, a verified badge would need an agreed check method, evidence, date, status and responsible owner. Design mockups displaying a badge do not supply that verification.
Advertised facts, observations and game catalogues
An advertised payout time is a claim from the Casino's terms. A median calculated from player reports is a measurement with a sample, time window and method. Likewise, advertised live-chat hours differ from response times measured in test chats. These should remain separately identified, with their sources, context and dates. The detailed contracts for payout aggregates, staff support tests and an "Online now" indicator remain open.
The proposed wider catalogue includes game providers, games, their market availability and scoped game facts. A provider logo does not establish a full playable game list. A game's return-to-player figure needs the relevant game configuration and source; a popularity figure needs a defined population and period. Canonical provider/game identity, ownership and these measurement rules remain open even though providers and games are accepted search result types.
Shared facts and published profiles
A profile's market facts are shared across its language versions; localized copy explains those facts. A translation cannot establish availability in another market. Editing a Brand, Company, payment term or image must also leave earlier publications understandable: each publication retains the values or exact versions it relied on, including needed media and source support.
Profile publication, market availability and Casino identity are separate. A withdrawn profile does not delete the Casino or its reviews, and an unpublished draft does not prove the Casino is unavailable. Follow review and publication for the complete journey and markets and languages for applicability and currency choices.
